15 month appt.

The girlies had their 15 month appointment and shots yesterday...everything went great. If I remember right (gone are the days of obesessing about their weight!) Klaire weighs 23lbs 7 oz and Grace 22 lbs. 14 oz. Klaire is about a half an inch to an inch taller still, and both girls fall around the 50th percentile across the board. All's well:) He's happywith their growth, motor skills (asked if they were walking as Grace RUNS across the room to hide:), and language. I was worried about this as you all know. They only say a couple words, although they understand most of what we say already. Dr. U mentioned that twins have their own language and to an extent "don't need us":) They'll get there, and he always tells me they are "college material" Funny, I asked him if he'd like to help pay for it????

Klaire was a "cling-on" and for the first time recognized the Dr's office and freaked out right away, Grace was pretty laid back (until you look in her ears). Thank goodness I had my mom with me to help. I hate to admit that I'm not sure if I can get them to the doc by myself anymore, they really don't tolerate being strapped in the stroller-if not moving-and were all over the waiting room.

hmm, I guess we'll cross that bridge...
