bubbles and blue eyes

The girls had a ball this afternoon with the bubble wands I found in the dollar aisle at Target (have I ever mentioned how much I love that aisle??). Klaire was very motivated to get lots of bubbles on each try. Grace did it a couple times then went to check out the flowers and pet Ollie.
It amazes me every day how different they are, and really I enjoy it. They are their own person already and I think that's important in a twins life....it will be so interesting to see how they get along and interact as they get older (I'm hoping they still won't be biting each other at 16:). Speaking of, we were at the park this morning and there was a set of twins probably about 6 or 7 (I only know this because one of them told the whole playground of kids, 'THAT'S MY TWIN!") They reminded me of the girls, in a few years! One had darker hair and appeared to be more of a tomboy and shorter and one was a curly headed blondie with lots of sparkles on her shirt and even dangly earrings in!. They interacted so cute together-one was quietly building a sand castle and one was climbing all over the jungle gym, but they kept coming back to each other to chat, or giggle, and seemed to always have an eye on other kids talking to their sister. I wish their mom would have been around (it's right near a ball field so she was probably watching another kid play), I love to talk to other twin moms, especially of older kids to get much needed advice!! Anyway-a small glimpse into the future, and it was sweet:)

Seriously these eyes get bigger and bluer everyday!

I can't wait to hear the boys say "Thats my twin!" It is such a blessing to be a twin mom. We are trying to separate the boys like for shopping and errands. Sometimes they are not so happy about this. How are the girls with separation?

Love those blue eyes....
