day 3

Well I'm offically sick, no temp so not the flu, just a cold, coughing and overall feeling real crappy. guess I might as well join the crowd! (Brian has his yearly Bronchiis too). We're a sad looking family right now!!! The girls slept pretty well last night, just up a couple times because of the cough but went back down to sleep. I even skipped their middle of the night Motrin-they weren't burning up and their bodies can use a break, I think. Will get right back on it this morning when they get up though.(still sleeping at 7, yay!)

I need to take some video of them. This is beyond crabby! They seriously cannot stand each other...which makes sense I guess- who wants a playmate when they are sick, but geez. I literally have to keep them seperated to be even halfway happy-and the progress we've made on sharing and taking turns-ha out the window! Hopefully it's just because they feel so yucky-so I'm letting it go as much as possible, but wow-it's a constant fight going on over here. They both want to be rocked at the same time too. That's one of the hardest parts of when they are sick. How do you reason with a two year old that just wants to be rocked (and NOT shared) by their mommy when they are sick, that they have to wait their turn? Tough.

Here's hoping for lower temps and maybe they'll even eat something today?
