Klaire has been complaining that her ear hurts all weekend. By complaining I mean screaming and crying for about a minute saying "stop doing that ear!" then going about her day. No fever, not sick, and eating and sleeping just fine. Strange eh? So I figured we better get it checked out. Now is about the time when the tubes might be making their way out so I wanted to make sure everything was ok in there. The minute you mention a trip to the doctor it's all out hysterics. I got her calmed down a little until he actually went to look in her ears. She flailed and screamed and cried while I tried to hold her down to let the doc have a look. She's strong! It was kinda funny when she called him "Stinky Pete!"
Turns out there's nothing really wrong. Gave us some drops just in case...it's a mystery. But seriously, will she (they) ever not freak out for doctor visits? It's getting a bit ridiculous at this point. Thankfully we don't go very often anymore, but he even mentioned, usually it's not this bad at this age. I told him
