the weekend and ch- ch- ch- changes!

We had a nice, chill, not too much planned weekend. I love those.  It was also the last time Brian had to get up at 11PM to go to work on Sunday at midnight.  HE GOT A NEW JOB!!!  I'm not going to be a single parent anymore! We are SO excited.  His hours were becoming more and more ridiculous, with no compensation, or even a thank you.  He can handle a lot, and did for a long time for us, but it was time to go.  He starts the new adventure next Monday, it's a bit of a change, and we're hoping a good one.  The hours and location (yay for Omaha jobs!) are about 100% better so, I think he'll be so much happier, and coherent.

I took Grace out to get some new clothes for summer, she gravitated towards the boy section and only wanted to pick out blue girl clothes!?  So strange, but I let her choose (out of the girls section, lets not get crazy)...funny how they change so often at this age.  Anyway, we had a great time shopping got her a little steamer at scooters, and picked up some new hand sanitizer thingys to hang from their backpack (trust me it's a big deal in Kindergarten).  But when it was time to leave she had a terrible naughty fit that it was now Klaire's turn to go out with me.   I hate doing it but she was promptly sent to her room after our fun day out. Awful, I hate when she acts like a brat, because I know deep down she's a sweet sweet girl, that just can't quite control those emotions yet. 

Klaire had no interest in shopping for clothes so we went to Target to pick up a few things.  She was happy with a $5 Little Mermaid toy and pizza at Target;) Love that girl.
