second appointment

Today I had my second appointment, 2 weeks after the first which apparently is something they do with twins to make sure they are developing at the same rate...
Everything went great! I got to hear the heartbeat of one of the babies, but the other one woudn't hold still long enough to hear it! It was jumping around in there and I could even see it waving it's arms! It was the funniest thing! We saw both heartbeats and the Dr. said they both had "great growth." So that's great news!
It was so fun to see more than just 2 blobs on the screen! I can't believe how much bigger they look after just 2 weeks, I can't imagine when they are really BIG! Such fun and exciting things to look forward too!
My thyroid decided to act up again so I had to go back on medication for that. It's safe for the babies and I'm being closely monitored by my thyroid doc too. More bloodwork and dr. appts! But I think we have it under control now so nothing to worry about.
Thank to everyone forall your phone calls, emails, offers to help, trust me we will need all the help we can get at some point!!!!!:)
My next appt. is on Valentines Day, but I'll probably have to update before then!
