We had a QUICK photo shoot tonight in the backyard for the girls' birthday invitation...i got a couple keepers even though Grace was very concerned about the barking dog next door, Klaire was all smiles! I still can't believe that they are turning ONE already. I think I'm in denial. Good thing I can order invites online at Shutterfly and pick up at Target. I love that feature, such a time and money saver!
We finally got our power back on Monday at about 12:30 AM after the storms on Friday. Funny (actually NOT so funny) that a 5 minute storm can cause so much damage and be such a pain for all of us that lost power. Really hard to cook with no frig, food, stove, oven, etc etc. Let's just say they girls had their first taste of fast food (surprisingly they didn't really like it-good thing I guess), and developed a fear of flashlights that will probably take me years to undo, ha. I'm feeling badly for those that haven't gotten it yet. Brian and I were stalking the OPPD trucks in our neighborhood. Heck we didn't have anything else to do!
Anyway thought I'd share a couple cute pics, and let you know I'm plugged in again.
