Yep, it's sold. Well, I'm trying to believe it. See, we're still in the "inspection mess" as I like to call it. A few minor things need to be fixed, and a few things in the new house need to be looked at...but we have a closing date, and hopefully we'll be moving the end of this month. Yah-we don't mess around. I'm trying to believe in the power of positive thinking, but I've heard too many stories of these things falling through for silly little reasons....this buying and selling houses is stressful stuff, and I really cannot wait until the (new) key is in our hand!
Because I am superstitious, I'm not going to post a picture of the new house....although I really want to!
