Nerdbommers and Mustangs

I need to start writing down the hilarious things these two little ladies say on a daily basis.  They come up with some doozies and I don't want to forget it because this is such a funny stage they are in!

The other night they were eating (in the dining room that they still call the princess room from their party and they insist on eating in there now most nights) their apples and even a cookie because they ate a good dinner. Grace leans in the kitchen and says "hey Ma" thats her new thing to call me "ma" yah I love that.

She says "what do nerdbommers eat? Apples or cookies?" Then before I could respond Klaire got all exasperated and says "ugh, apples!"
First of all where did she learn nerdbommer (mom? a Full House flashback?) and second she thinks it's an actual being that eats. Goofball!

The next one is not a testimate to great parenting but funny nonetheless...

We have a neighbor kid with a very loud Mustang.  He seriously comes and goes about 15 times a day which is what high school kids do, but it gets old especially after the girls are in bed and they have to ask what that noise was?? Anyway, we were reading books in the living room with no furniture right near the window and he starts up the noisemaker, Klaire looks up from the book and says "damn kid" (oops) and Grace chimes in with "and that loud car!" Oh my. I had to stifle the laugh on that one. They looked like two little old ladies griping about the loud neighbor kids. It was too funny. And totally time to watch the language even more.
