I want to share this video with you all. It is really well done, and rare to find skin cancer awareness geared toward younger people. I was diagnosed with Superficial Spreading Melanoma, a few months before our wedding when I was 23. I had surgery, and was left with a few scars of my own. It is by far the scariest thing I've even gone through and I was very lucky to have caught it early. I did not make good decisions as a "17 year old me" when I started tanning in tanning beds, and now make it a personal mission to PLEAD with people not to tan. (Spray tans are getting better and better!) So, sorry if that was TMI for some of you, but please watch this moving video, think twice before damaging your skin, and apply that sunscreen!!!
