Here we go again!

I can't really think of a post title that can accurately or excitedly announce this news well enough.

I AM PREGNANT!  Admittedly, surprisingly so... but crazy happily pregnant!

I was about 2 weeks "late" which to me is pretty right on track as my cycles are never consistent and always run long. Last weekend I felt really tired and just kinda blah, and Brian mentioned that my "boobs are huge!" Yes he is so eloquent. So on Monday I was driving home from work and felt like I was going to throw up. Red flag. When I got home I fished out on of the back up tests I always have just in case, and there is was, plain as day, and right away....those 2 pink lines. I was SHOCKED. STUNNED... and shaking like a leaf. I then proceeded to pace up and down the hallway upstairs trying to get my heart rate to slow down. 

Brian called at some point and mentioned he was coming home soon and was going to try to get his mower working and something about the yard but I wasn't really listening.  I somehow made the girls dinner, and waited for him to get home.  As soon as I heard the garage door open I ran down stairs, met him in the garage and "casually" asked him if he got the mower started?...then I stared at him all stupid and didn't know what to say. He looked at me and laughed and said, what? It looks like you're going to ask me for something??  I giggled and just blurted it out. I'M PREGNANT. Those green eyes of his were shocked, too. He stepped back and processed for a minute, then finally hugged me. Whew. I apologized for not making it a fun announcement...yah he said "how'sthemowerworkingI'mpregnant" Quite the delivery:)

All night we contemplated this new addition, and how it might get a bit tricky (cars, rooms, money, etc) and over all just worried that there is just ONE baby in there:) I guess we'll find out April 12th at my first appointment.

Today I'm having a hard time not telling EVERYONE I see. It's like a little secret (or a HUGE secret) and it's SO hard not to share our awesome news. It does not feel real yet.
