23 weeks

So I know I shouldn't compare apples to an orange:)....but it's my pregnancy and I'll compare if I want to!  With the girls I went on bed rest at 23 weeks so making it this far and feeling fine (despite having the rest of my root canal and a summer cold of course) is so amazing, and I'm grateful.  Although I did feel fine last time at this point my cervix did not!  I go in tomorrow for a regular appointment and they will check to make sure, but I'm sure everything is good.  The baby moves almost constantly. I was expecting to feel less movement since there's "only" one baby, but I'm realizing this one has much more room to move around...and it's taking advantage of it!  It took longer to feel movement but now that it's there, IT'S THERE!  I'm having a few contractions, but doc assures me this is normal and as long as there is no close pattern... to relax.  I do drink about a gallon of water and lay on my left side when they start just in case, I guess old habits die hard.  I'm flying to Ohio on Friday to see Leah and I can't help but think what a different experience this has been. I'm loving it and holding my breath that it continues.
