first cold:(

Henry has his first cold. Darn it! He hasn't had a fever at all just woke up with a stuffy nose and cough all of  a sudden. He's so young it has me worried, but what don't I worry about? I called the doc and the nurse said all the stuff I already knew and just to watch him, closely. Sooo he's at daycare today.  Ugh. Mommy guilt all over again! He's pretty happy and smiley still, and besides being up way more at night (like 5 times last night), is taking it in stride. I only hope it's just a cold and nothing worse.
We are back to everyday life at our house. I'm not gonna lie sometimes I feel a bit overwhelmed, trying to function at work on little sleep, keep the house at least livable, laundry done (or at least everyone dressed), and everyone bathed and fed.  It's a lot. I'm not complaining, just being honest! For the first time in a long time I'm ready for Spring. The thought of taking the girls out in the yard to play and run off some of that ENERGY is very very appealing. They are a bit stir crazy (read naughty) these days. I am working on having more patience with them...as I know it's been a little thin lately.  I think it's all still an adjustment and probably just getting used to being a family of 5!
