We made the trip to Des Moines this weekend to celebrate our nephew Gabe's 6th birthday! After a rain-out on Saturday and reschedule we had great weather on Sunday (well I was hot, but I'm ALWAYS hot:). He had lots of little friends there and they all had a great time! The girls were tired and acted out just a bit at the end. They are going through some annoying phase about "it's not fair" like if someone has a balloon and they don't? What the heck, you are 5 get over it!? Lets just say the party ended for them in a screaming fit and getting thrown in the car to go back to Omaha, and they are still in big trouble about it. KIDS!
